A gold medallist in surgery and a practising general and GI surgeon for more than 40 years. He is the founding member and past president of the Association of Medical Consultants, Mumbai. Dr Kapoor is a proponent of practising medicine ethically and upholding the highest traditions of the profession. He is an author of the widely acclaimed book, Better Safe than Sorry—Medico-Legal Do’s and Son’ts. He has also held editorial positions for various publications of AMC and IMA.
